The cafe inside the hotel has limited operating hours, which may be disappointing for guests who are looking for breakfast options later in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the popular Omotesando Street. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, with daily replenishment of bath towels and even fresh towels placed outside our room daily, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on. The daily "Welcome Coffee" at the lobby was a pleasant surprise, available from 1500-2400 hrs. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and even placing it in our room before we returned. The complimentary chocolates and facial cream made us feel special. Additionally, the fact that there was a grocery store just a 5-minute walk away was very convenient.

We felt immediately at home and had nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, as it was directly across the train station. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and also to travel back to the airport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at Center Hotel Narita 2 R51. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even keeping my bag for me while I traveled around Japan. The location is convenient, with easy access to the train station and plenty of dining options in the town. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially loved the option to borrow a Yukata, making me feel like a true Japanese traveler. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Narita.

The only minor drawbacks were the lack of bilingual staff, which caused some confusion with the hotel's services, and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the facilities. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but still manageable.
